Customs Brokerage

THT Logistics Co., Ltd. is a customs clearance agent (customs brokerage agent) licensed by the General Department of Customs based on the Customs Law 2014.

• Being an enterprise that fully meets the conditions, within the scope of authorization as agreed in the contract signed with the person having the exported or imported goods (hereinafter referred to as the goods owner) on behalf of the goods owner to perform all or part of the customs declarant’s obligations.
• Customs clearance agents must sign an agency contract with the goods owner. Persons who are granted customs clearance agent identification numbers shall make customs declarations and carry out customs procedures on the basis of agency contracts signed with goods owners.
